• Standard Collections: Please allow 7 business days for your order to be prepared and inspected.

• Bespoke / Custom Orders: These exclusive pieces require 10 business days for production before they are ready for shipping.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• United Arab Emirates:

  • Flat Rate: 30 AED.

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over 500 AED.

• GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman):

  • Flat Rate: 100 AED.

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over 700 AED.

3. Delivery Estimates Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 1-2 business days for the UAE and 5-7 business days for other GCC countries.
