2. Product Material & Handcrafted Nature Our artworks are crafted using Premium High-Density MDF wood, specifically chosen for its stability and superior finish in precision laser-cut designs.

• You acknowledge that since our products are hand-assembled and hand-finished, minor variations in paint texture or assembly are natural characteristics of handcrafted art and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

3. Intellectual Property All designs, 4-layer geometric patterns, and visual content on this site are the exclusive property of MASQEZ. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, or copying any portion of our designs or service without express written permission from us.

4. Orders & Customization For "Bespoke" or custom orders, once the design is approved and production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates our brand guidelines.

5. Shipping & Delivery Liability While we ensure premium packaging, MASQEZ is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
